Notice Regarding 2026 Spring Festival Holiday Arrangements

Notice on 2026 Spring Festival Holiday Arrangements

To observe national statutory holidays while keeping our operations running smoothly, here are the confirmed arrangements for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.

📅 Company Holiday Period

From February 14, 2026 (Saturday) to February 23, 2026 (Monday)
Total: 10 days
Work resumes as usual on Tuesday, February 24 (17th day of the first lunar month)

🎆 Key Dates for the Festival

  • Chinese New Year’s Eve (January 16, 2026, Friday) – Statutory holiday, office closed

  • Chinese New Year (January 17, 2026, Saturday) – First day of the first lunar month, statutory holiday

📊 How the Holiday Breaks Down

To give everyone more time to enjoy the traditions, we’ve extended the holiday beyond the official days:

  • Statutory Spring Festival holiday: January 16–22 (7 days)

  • Company extended holiday: February 14–23 (10 days)

A quick note: February 14 is Valentine’s Day. The company is starting the holiday early that day, so you have more flexibility for personal plans.

🏭 Business Operations – What to Keep in Mind

Since many suppliers and logistics partners shut down during Spring Festival, please plan ahead to avoid disruptions:

  • Order confirmation – We recommend finalizing purchase orders by February 6, 2026 at the latest.

  • Shipments before the holiday – Must be completed by February 13.

  • Post-holiday ramp‑up – Production will gradually resume from February 24, with full capacity expected by March 2.

  • Emergency contact – A small on‑call team will be available during the break. For urgent issues, please reach out to your dedicated account manager.

📋 A Quick Look at Spring Festival Traditions

  • New Year’s Eve (January 16) – The last day of the lunar year, when families gather for dinner, stay up late together, put up couplets and lanterns, and welcome the new year.

  • Spring Festival (from January 17) – China’s most important traditional holiday, marking a farewell to the old year and celebrating reunion. People visit relatives, give red envelopes, and wish each other a prosperous new spring.

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • All departments should complete work wrap‑ups and safety checks by February 13.

  • Please stay reachable during the holiday in case of urgent matters.

  • If you’re traveling home, put safety first and plan your trip in advance.

  • The office will be closed throughout the holiday. Let us know in advance if you have any urgent needs.
